For this incredible Carmel Valley welcome party, we kicked off the weekend with a celebration inspired by Puerto Rican tradition—a festive pig roast, incredible food, and fresh coconuts filled with piña coladas.

It was personal, vibrant, and full of meaning—the perfect way to welcome guests and set the tone for the weekend ahead. Because the most memorable parties are the ones that feel unmistakably like you. 🍍🥥🌸

The moments before.

There’s an energy to them that’s almost impossible to describe.

Fourteen months of planning, designing, decision-making, timelines, conversations and tiny details have all led here. The planning is over. The day has arrived. And it’s time for our bride to simply step into it.

Just beyond the frame, her Coastside Couture team is fully in motion—standing behind the photographers cheering her on, calling the shuttle, fixing a bridesmaid’s dress, confirming cues with the musicians, checking in with the dog sitter, organizing the family’s departure and making sure everyone arrives at the ceremony exactly when they should.

A hundred little things are happening at once.

And she doesn’t need to think about a single one of them.

That’s the team behind the bride. And this is the part of wedding planning we love most, the moment when all that preparation becomes presence, and our couples get to stop planning their wedding and start living it. It’s electric ✨

For this spring wedding at Holman Ranch, we envisioned a dining space that felt as though it had always belonged to the landscape. A custom-designed “glass house” became the setting for dinner, welcoming nearly 300 guests beneath a structure that was both refined and remarkably light.

The stretched vinyl walls from Standard Event Rentals beautifully mimicked glass, allowing the surrounding hacienda to remain part of the experience while offering protection from the unpredictability of spring weather.

The most memorable event designs don’t compete with their surroundings—they frame them. Every material, every line, and every detail was chosen to celebrate the extraordinary beauty of Holman Ranch.
