2️⃣ Unfortunately we got duped on our last batch of Jumbo Dumplings. The quality was hit and miss between each dumpling and this is not the types of products we wish to carry. We are currently in the process of getting the issue resolved with some sort of compensation/replacement but this will be a long road. We did risk trying a different company and got some better quality Jumbo Dumplings in and we are happy with this batch! The one downside is better quality equals higher price. So we do have 11 Jumbo Dumplings and Steamer in store for purchase! The price on these is $45.

3️⃣ Due to illness we are opening at 1 today but will be open until 6 like normal! Stop in and see us!

¡Gracias por considerar a Rosa Pastel Event Decor para ser parte de tu celebración! Nos encanta crear momentos inolvidables y estamos comprometidos a brindarte un servicio de calidad. Antes de solicitar una cotización o reservar tu evento, te invitamos a leer la siguiente información.

📩 ¿Cómo solicitar una cotización?

Para brindarte una cotización lo más precisa posible, por favor envíanos la siguiente información:

• Fecha del evento.
• Hora de inicio del evento.
• Lugar del evento (ciudad y salón o domicilio).
• Tipo de evento (Cumpleaños, Baby Shower, Boda, Graduación, Evento Corporativo, etc.).
• Tema y colores de la decoración.
• Fotografías de inspiración (si cuentas con ellas).
• Servicios que te interesan (Guirnalda de globos, Backdrop, Shimmer Wall, Letras Gigantes, Centros de Mesa, Grab & Go Garland, Decoración Completa, etc.).
• Número aproximado de invitados (opcional).
• Presupuesto estimado (opcional, pero nos ayuda a ofrecerte la mejor opción dentro de tu presupuesto).

Importante: Las cotizaciones tienen una vigencia de 7 días y están sujetas a disponibilidad de la fecha.

📌 Políticas de Reservación

• Para reservar tu fecha se requiere un anticipo del 50% NO reembolsable.
• Tu fecha no queda apartada hasta recibir el anticipo.
• El saldo restante deberá liquidarse 7 días antes del evento. Si la reservación se realiza dentro de los 7 días previos al evento, el pago deberá realizarse en su totalidad al momento de confirmar la reserva.
• Cualquier cambio en el diseño, colores, temática o servicios deberá solicitarse con anticipación y puede generar cargos adicionales.
• El cliente es responsable de proporcionar acceso al lugar del evento a la hora acordada para el montaje. Los retrasos ocasionados por el cliente o por el lugar del evento pueden generar cargos adicionales.
• Todo el equipo rentado (backdrops, arcos, pedestales, bases, shimmer walls, letras gigantes y demás mobiliario de renta) sigue siendo propiedad de Rosa Pastel Event Decor y deberá devolverse en las mismas condiciones en que fue entregado. Los artículos perdidos, robados o dañados serán cobrados al cliente.
• La duración de los globos depende de factores como el clima, el calor, el sol, el viento y la manipulación. Por ello, no podemos garantizar cuánto tiempo permanecerán en perfectas condiciones después del montaje.
• En eventos al aire libre, Rosa Pastel Event Decor no se hace responsable por daños ocasionados por condiciones climáticas o factores ambientales.
• Nos reservamos el derecho de tomar fotografías de nuestros montajes y utilizarlas con fines publicitarios en redes sociales y material promocional, salvo que el cliente solicite lo contrario antes del evento.
• Al realizar el anticipo, el cliente confirma que ha leído, comprendido y aceptado las presentes políticas de reservación.

📩 How to Request a Quote

To provide you with the most accurate quote, please include the following information in your message:

• Event date
• Event start time
• Event location (City & Venue)
• Type of event (Birthday, Baby Shower, Wedding, Graduation, Corporate Event, etc.)
• Event theme and color palette
• Inspiration photos (if available)
• Services you are interested in (Balloon Garland, Backdrop, Shimmer Wall, Marquee Letters, Centerpieces, Grab & Go Garland, Full Event Setup, etc.)
• Estimated guest count (optional)
• Your estimated budget (optional, but helpful)

The more details you provide, the more accurate your quote will be.

Please note: Quotes are valid for 7 days and are subject to availability.

📌 Booking Policies

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.
• Your event date is not secured until the retainer has been received.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Bookings made within 7 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
• Any changes to your order, colors, theme, or design must be requested in advance and may result in additional charges.
• The client is responsible for ensuring access to the venue at the agreed setup time. Delays caused by the client or venue may result in additional fees.
• All rental items, including backdrops, arches, pedestals, stands, shimmer walls, marquee letters, and other rental equipment, remain the property of Rosa Pastel Event Decor and must be returned in the same condition. Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
• Balloon installations are affected by weather, sunlight, heat, wind, and handling. We cannot guarantee how long balloons will last after setup.
• Outdoor installations are done at the client’s own risk. Rosa Pastel Event Decor is not responsible for damage caused by weather or environmental conditions.
• We reserve the right to photograph our work and use those images for advertising and social media unless otherwise requested by the client before the event.
• By submitting your retainer, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these booking policies.
