Italian chicken sausage, cut up pepperoni, dinosaur kale, onion, yellow peppers with a funky mix of fresh shredded provolone, romano and aged parmesean cheeses, over a tomato and butternut sauce 🍕

I finally brought back roasted cauliflower steaks with mixed red, black & brown rices, sauteed spinach & baby bella mushrooms with a hand chopped chimmichurri. This isn't my best plating because I was ready to eat!

It is soooo good and it's VEGAN.

Best (or worst) part about being a Chef/Baker is that a hot, fresh baked cookie is always available in 16 minutes, because there is always cookie dough in the freezer when you want something sweet late at night.
