I’m thrilled to announce that Events By Lizette is expanding to New England for the summer of 2027!
With over 20 years of experience in the event planning industry, I’ve had the privilege of bringing couples’ wedding visions to life through thoughtful, detail-driven coordination.
I’ll be taking on just a select few weddings per month throughout the spring and summer, ensuring every couple receives the personalized attention and care that Events By Lizette is known for.
As I introduce my services to this new market, I’m offering a special introductory rate to the couples who book with me for the 2027 season — a wonderful opportunity to work with an experienced planner at a truly special value.

17 years ago, I was the bride! 💍✨

Looking back at these photos, I can’t help but laugh at the difference between planning my wedding and planning weddings for my clients today!

Back then, I was stressing over every little detail. Now, I’m the one telling my brides, “Don’t worry—I’ve got this!” 😉

Funny how life works. From bride to wedding planner… and 17 years later, I still love a beautiful wedding!

She wouldn’t take no for an answer. In the middle of her own reception, this beautiful bride stopped everything to personally pour me a glass of wine and insist my bartender and I sit down and join her family for dinner!

We’re always behind the scenes, making sure everyone else has the night of their lives so this movement stopped me in my tracks. I never will forget being welcome to that table. To my sweet bride and groom, thank you for reminding me of why I love what I do. 🥂

Some weddings stay with you long after the last dance… Haley and Eddie’s was one of them. ✨

Their beautiful church ceremony felt especially meaningful in a time when traditional church weddings are seen less often. Rooted in faith and centered on Jesus, their love for one another was evident in every moment of the day.

The celebration continued at the groom’s parents’ backyard, where family love made the reception feel incredibly warm and personal. Despite the warm day, the joy, hospitality, and heartfelt spirit surrounding this couple made the entire evening so special.

It was an honor to help bring this beautiful day to life.

One year ago, I took a leap that honestly felt a little scary… and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life.

Starting Events by Lizette, LLC pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way. I began saying yes—to new opportunities, new challenges, and new connections—and doors started opening in ways I never imagined.

This year has been filled with growth, beautiful events, and the most incredible support from friends, clients, and fellow vendors. I truly couldn’t have done this without each and every one of you, and I’m so grateful for the love and encouragement along the way.

As I step into year two, I’m excited, inspired, and committed to staying true to myself and the passion that started it all.

My heart is full of gratitude—and I can’t wait to see what’s ahead 🤍
