We get a lot of requests for a classic old fashioned as a signature cocktail, but is the actually the best choice for your event?

As a professional bar service with almost 20 years of experience, we are here to guide you to what works best for you and your guests experience, and there are a few things to consider before deciding your signature drinks.

First, where is your event? If you’re in Southwest Florida like us, it’s HOT and we usually suggest more refreshing or tropical cocktails because that’s what people are craving.

Second, what are your guests like? An old fashioned is a STRONG drink, and could lead your less experienced guests to have a rough morning.. or night!

Third, how long is your event? Most weddings are at least 6-8 hours long and that’s a long day for a lot of people. Do you want to encourage such a strong and heavy drink over such a long stretch of time?

A short, intimate affair on a cool evening is the perfect setting to sip an old fashioned, and ours are always delicious.
