Cheers to the holiday weekend 🇺🇸🍻

As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we want to wish everyone a safe, fun, and meaningful holiday. Whether you’re spending time with family and friends, enjoying great food and drinks, or relaxing at home, we hope you have an amazing weekend.

We also want to take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Their service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

A huge thank you to New Berlin Brewing Company for providing the beer for our 1878 + Co. Brewing launch party 🍻

We were proud to have 3 of their incredible beers on tap throughout the evening, and our guests absolutely loved them.

Featured beers included:

🍺 Kölsch 221
A clean, crisp traditional Kölsch with soft grain flavor, subtle fruit notes, and an easy-drinking finish.

🍺 Love Lola
A bold hybrid IPA blending tropical hop flavors with a piney, resinous finish. Even better, donations are currently being collected for Second Chance for Animals in honor of Lola, the beer’s namesake ❤️

🍺 Libelle
A vibrant Midwest Fruit Tart brewed with blackberries and blueberries in collaboration with Dragonfly Winery. A perfect balance for both beer and wine lovers.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the official launch of 1878 + Co. Brewing last night. We’re beyond grateful for the support, the conversations, the energy, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life.

From the trailer setup to the great beer, amazing vendors, and all the people who showed up to support us, it truly meant a lot to see it all come together.

Last night was more than just a launch party. It was the beginning of something we’re really excited about, and we can’t wait to continue bringing the mobile taproom experience to events throughout the community.

We also want to give a special thank you to all of the local businesses and vendors who collaborated with us and helped make the evening what it was.
