Wildflower Glasshouse

The Wildflower Glasshouse and Gardens is a 10-year dream come true. I’d been plotting and planning for a decade, saving windows and stacking them in the garage and learning skills like gardening and keeping house plants alive and how to create stained glass panels so that I could make this dream come true.

And Jacob, pictured here with his wife Amy, took my vision and made it a reality. I handed him inspiration photos, a stack of windows, and one giant cathedral rosette window - and he built me the glasshouse.

Last week, I had the privilege to show him how I took this glasshouse and built a wildflower wonderland all around it. Photographing him and his wife in his masterpiece was such a special moment for us all.

Thank you, Jacob, for taking my dream and making it a reality. It’s better than I could’ve ever expected.
