The Eventful moms officially made it through the weekend! ❤️

This weekend was filled with so much worship, love, hard work, and honestly, I don’t think my heart could be any fuller. God has blessed me and Eventful Moms beyond what I could have ever imagined, and this weekend was such a beautiful reminder of just how faithful He is.

Thursday and Friday, I had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most amazing volunteers as we came together to create beautiful backdrops and stage setups for the 2026 Handpicked Women’s Conference. It was truly an honor to be even a small volunteer piece of such an incredible event. Watching hundreds of women come together to worship was something I will never forget. I am so incredibly blessed to have been given that opportunity. 🤍

And then came our biggest catering job yet! 😳

That night, our amazing team served:
✨ Over 100 shrimp cocktail cups
✨ 200 sandwiches
✨ A full grazing table
✨ A full pizza bar
✨ A full dessert table

There is absolutely no way I could have pulled this off without the incredible team God has blessed me with. I am thankful for every single one of you, every single day. ❤️

And just when we thought the night was over… we ended it with our NEW PRETZEL BAR! 🥨

Unfortunately, I didn’t get nearly as many pictures as I would have liked because, by that point, I was running on fumes! 😂 But I promise there are more pictures from this incredible weekend coming soon!

Today, I’m thankful to slow down, spend some much-needed time with my boys, rest, and reflect on all the amazing blessings God has placed in my life and in this business.

The opportunities we continue to receive, the people He continues to put in our path, the incredible team surrounding us, and every event we get to be a part of—it’s all because of Him. 🙏🏼

I am exhausted, grateful, humbled, and SO incredibly blessed.

Thank you to everyone who continues to trust Eventful Moms with your special moments. We truly don’t take it for granted. ❤️

Tonight we had the privilege of helping 3Trees Church celebrate the end of summer with our ice cream cart at their pool party! 🍦☀️ Thank you so much for allowing Eventful Moms to be a small part of such a fun evening.

The next three days are going to be some of our busiest yet. It will take many hands working together to bring several beautiful events to life. We are incredibly blessed to donate our time and talents to such meaningful opportunities, including helping create a welcoming atmosphere for 500 women to come together in worship, while also preparing and catering for two wedding events.

We truly don't take these opportunities for granted. Thank you to every client who trusts us with your special moments.

Hey Eventful Moms friends, Destini here! 💕

Just wanted to give everyone a quick heads-up for this week. This weekend is shaping up to be one of the biggest weekends Eventful Moms has ever had!

We have the incredible honor of serving as the lead decorator and donating our time for the annual Hand Picked Women's Conference here in Campbellsville, where 500 women will gather to worship together. We are beyond blessed and thankful for this amazing opportunity.

That same evening, we'll also be creating our biggest charcuterie table yet, along with a pizza bar and dessert bar at a wedding. I can't wait to show you our newest setup featuring gorgeous stone vases, intricate statues, and so many beautiful details we've been working on. We'll also be setting up a pretzel bar for another wedding that night!

Needless to say, I've officially called in all the troops this week! There is so much planning, prepping, decorating, and cooking to get done. If you stop by my house this week, just expect piles of Amazon boxes and a whole lot of organized chaos. 😂

If you call, text, or message me this week, please know I will get back to you as soon as I can. I'm probably either chasing one of my toddlers or juggling all the behind-the-scenes details that go into making these events special.

Thank you all for your constant love, support, and encouragement. None of this would be possible without this amazing community. We can't wait to share all the beautiful moments from this weekend!

Last night we had the privilege of helping celebrate one last hoorah before this graduate heads off to college! 🎓💙 We set up one of our smaller grazing tables with sandwich add-ons, plus our ice cream cart (which I completely forgot to take pictures of 😬). It was an amazing turnout, and there was barely any food left by the end of the night!

Today has been just as exciting—we booked a wedding rehearsal dinner, a surprise birthday party, and class reunion catering! My heart is so full.

I am beyond honored and grateful to be trusted with so many of life's special moments, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations. I never imagined that this stay-at-home mom's dream would grow so quickly. Through God's guidance, countless prayers, and the support of our incredible customers, Eventful Moms continues to grow beyond anything I could have imagined.

Thank you for believing in us and allowing us to be part of your memories. We truly couldn't do it without you. ❤️

To finish off this jam-packed weekend, we had the honor of helping a local church with their summer celebration. Our simple setup was the perfect addition to a day filled with laughter, fellowship, and fun.

There is something so special about watching children run, play, make memories, and praise the Lord together. Sundays truly are my favorite. 🤍

We ended yesterday by celebrating the sweetest little boy's first birthday with the cutest Baby Beluga theme! 🩵🐋

Our fan-favorite taco bar was on the menu, complete with our signature cheese fountain and our crowd-favorite shredded chicken. To top it all off, guests enjoyed our ice cream cart for dessert—the perfect sweet treat to end a fun-filled celebration! 🍦✨

Nothing makes us happier than helping families celebrate life's biggest milestones with great food, sweet treats, and memories that will last a lifetime.
