This week we built benches. We built farm tables. We watched a backsplash, a sink, and a range go into the River Cabin, which means she’s starting to feel like a real home in there. 😍

And then we did something we don’t do often enough. We stopped and looked around.

A year ago Riverwild was just an idea that two friends shared. Now there are tables where guests can enjoy a meal together, a cabin ready to welcome others, and a venue that’s becoming everything we hoped, with so much more to come.

It’s easy to get so caught up in the building and the “to-do” list that you forget to stop and feel what it all means. This week we felt it.

And we’re so, so grateful. 🧡

Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Said the setting was beautiful, the grass was delicious, and that they’d definitely be back. Showed zero interest in the design collections and had no complaints about the parking. Booking them for a fall wedding.

3 things that are making us unreasonably excited this week:

1. Our 100+ vintage brass candlesticks. We’ve been hunting these down one estate sale at a time and we finally have a full collection. Imagine long tables lined in flickering brass as the sun goes down. Yes, please!

2. A one-of-a-kind tree branch ceremony arch we picked up this week that we’re already imagining draped in florals and backlit by the river. Gah, we love her!

3. Oodles of tablecloth swatches spread across every surface we own. We’re testing textures, comparing colors, and styling each with our tabletop inventory to make sure everything feels exactly right.

It’s all part of the styling library, which means it’s all included with every Riverwild celebration. Our collection keeps growing by the day, and every piece of it is yours.🧡

Stairs for the cabin, garden beds for the front, fresh gravel for our new ceremony area, and updates on the future “snack shack” because the fixin’s for s’mores should always be within arm’s reach ( ). It’s been another week of solid progress at Riverwild and we’re just getting started. 🧡

When everything is already here, your to-do list gets a lot shorter. Our collection of larger pieces, from arches and sweetheart chairs to bar carts, dessert carts, lanterns, and welcome signs, is yours to build your day with. No renting, no hauling, none of the “who’s picking that up Sunday?!” text messages.

At Riverwild, you’re not coordinating rentals from five different vendors. You’re just choosing what you love and letting us handle the rest. 🧡
