The FareTrade is a "Modern Day Culinary Club" - connecting home cooks and food fans with the world's most esteemed chefs and craft purveyors through a curated monthly basket. Each month, a new chef curates the basket - selecting their favorite artisan products and supplies from across the country. Step-by-step recipes and accompanying HQ video tutorials teach you their secret kitchen tips and tricks. The FareTrade team works hand-in-hand with our chef collaborators to provide our community an unique and honest food experience. It's a new "Epicurean Adventure" each month. We believe in the thrill of discovery and the pursuit of excellence - they're the core reasons we launched The FareTrade. Our goal is to introduce people to the amazing things cooking up in restaurants and workshops across the country and provide the skills to cook like a master chef from the comfort of their own home. We're dedicated to furthering the food revolution already at work in America and The FareTrade represents a commitment to the support of blossoming epicurean talent and nurturing progressive foods artists to connect the food community at-large.
