2026 is quickly coming to a close, and I have limited availability remaining for the rest of the year!

A NEW WEDDING SEASON IS ALMOST HERE

Spring and summer wedding season has officially come and gone, and somehow we’re already heading into cooler weather, fall colors, and another busy season of beautiful weddings. 🤍

Before we jump into all the fall craziness, I wanted to take a minute to look back at just a few of the amazing wedding days I’ve had the privilege of being a part of this year.

So many beautiful venues, gorgeous details, sweet families, and most importantly… some AMAZING brides.

Every wedding has been completely different, and that’s one of my favorite parts of what I do. Behind every photo is a timeline we kept moving, a vendor we worked with, a detail we handled, a problem that probably got solved without the bride ever knowing 😂, and a couple who finally got to see months of planning come together.

Now the seasons are changing, the temperatures are hopefully cooling down 😂, and Callie Kay’s Coordination is gearing up for another busy wedding season!

Since then, I've had the privilege of connecting with and booking many incredible brides through the platform, and I'm so grateful for every inquiry, every conversation, and every wedding I've been trusted to coordinate.

✨ A Little Sneak Peek at What’s Coming to Callie Kay’s Coordination… ✨

One of my biggest goals has always been to make wedding planning easier and less stressful for my couples. Every decision I make for Callie Kay’s Coordination is with that in mind.

Lately, I’ve been working behind the scenes to grow our inventory, organize our décor collection, and think about what would truly add value for future CKC couples.

One thing I’ve been seriously considering is expanding into premium table linens.

Imagine having beautiful, crisp linens available through your coordinator instead of having to source them from another company. My vision is to offer professionally cared for linens that are washed, pressed, steamed on-site, and ready for your wedding day—all coordinated through one trusted vendor.

I’m looking at starting with:

This is just one of many exciting ideas I have as Callie Kay’s Coordination continues to grow. I don’t want to just coordinate weddings—I want to become a resource that helps simplify the entire process for my couples.

🤍 Halfway Through the Year 🤍

As we enter June and officially reach the halfway point of 2026, I've been reflecting on what an incredible first six months it has been for Callie Kay's Coordination.

This year has already been filled with beautiful venues, wonderful vendor teams, supportive families, and most importantly, amazing couples who trusted me with one of the most important days of their lives.

From coordinating timelines and directing ceremonies to solving behind-the-scenes challenges and keeping wedding days running smoothly, every wedding has been a reminder of why I started this business.

Looking through these photos, I see more than just weddings. I see answered prayers, growing relationships, lessons learned, and a business that continues to grow because of the incredible couples and vendors who support it.

To every bride and groom I've worked with so far this year: thank you. It has been an honor to celebrate alongside you and help bring your vision to life.

As a note, the photos featured in this post were captured by the talented photographers chosen by each couple and shared with permission. These images are not my own photography, and I am grateful to the photographers who beautifully documented these special days.
