Every arrangement is designer's choice using whatever is looking beautiful in the garden that day. No two are exactly alike, but you can expect some gorgeous zinnias, dahlias, and maybe even some sunflowers. :)

The shop is filling in for this week’s open hours!

New treasures have arrived: tulipiere vases, floral design + gardening books, botanical note cards and gift cards, taper candles and holders, plant misters, and more.

Of course, I’ll also have beautiful locally grown summer flowers ready to bring home.

And starting this week, Appalachian Florist has regular shop hours!

Thursday + Friday
10–12:30 & 4–6

Saturday
10–4

Because Appalachian Florist is a one-woman show, occasional events may mean shortened hours. I’ll always make a Facebook post before Thursday to let you know about any changes, so check here before planning your visit. (I'm also happy to open by appointment if you'd like to visit the shop outside of regular hours, or to discuss your flower needs.)

One thing I've been quietly working on over the past few weeks is expanding my sympathy offerings.

Flowers have a way of expressing what words sometimes can't, and it's an honor to create arrangements that help families celebrate and remember someone they love.
