Cajun Chicken is BACK… and better than ever 🔥

I spent last week dialing this in and I’m not even kidding… I ate it all week and I’m still craving it.

Blackened chicken, perfectly seared and tender, over bronze-cut linguine tossed in a silky, smoky Cajun cream sauce... full of flavor but not heavy, with just the right amount of heat. Finished with parmesan, fresh herbs, and lemon.

It reheats beautifully!

I’ve been working on recipes this week…

My dad’s close friend from Louisiana, Mr. Dwayne, could cook like nobody else and this Cajun dish would’ve made him proud. 🔥

This Tuscan garlic chicken…

Golden, seared chicken with a light pan sauce, fresh herbs, lemon, and whipped Yukon gold potatoes underneath.
