This morning, Half Luna had the pleasure of appearing on ’s Wake Up! and filming a cooking segment for their upcoming Spotlight on Small Business show, which will air on WIVB+ soon. Having pop-up’s has been an important stepping stone in building Half Luna. They allow me the opportunity to introduce my food to the public, give people a chance to taste what I’m offering, and build awareness around my brand. Pop-ups are more than just a sales opportunity; they’re a way for me to connect and engage with people face-to-face. I’ve met so many amazing people along my journey and I’m thankful for every single one of you! ❤️

We had a fantastic time at cruise night yesterday! Thank you to everyone who stopped by and indulged in our handmade (with love, of course) delectable empanadas.
Also, side note, meet my daughter . If it wasn’t for her love of my homemade empanadas (and my cooking skills 👀) Half Luna wouldn’t exist.
