Busy week for TTFC! We helped Christland Church celebrate Juneteenth. Serving up 150 people with Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Southern Mashed Potatoes, Bacon Green Beans and home made Banana Pudding!
We also Celebrated 50 very special teachers grilling up Steak and Chicken Fajitas with all the fixins!

Grilled Chicken Fettuccine, Red Meat Sauce with Penne Pasta, Griled Veggies, Create your own Caeser Salad, Garlic Bread and for dessert- Fruit Parfait Flutes!

It’s a huge honor to cater to some of America’s Best! Today we fed members of the Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans at Texas ATM’s McFerrin Center! This is their program .

On the menu was Smoked Pulled Pork and Sausage , Potato Salad,Bacon Baked Beans, Cinnamon Apples and for our health conscious folks Spicy Black Bean Burger Crumbles, Lettuce Wraps and Grilled Veggies finishing off with our famous Kickin Brownies!

What an honor it was tonight to be able once again to cater for the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship at Texas A&M (Aggieland), College Station, TX!
On the menu this evening was our famous Bacon Rosses, Grilled Chicken Skewers, BBQ Meatballs, Beef Taquitos, Zucchini and Pepper Gratin with Herbs and Cheese and Goat Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms with Bread Crumbs!

This one was a special one for sure! We were asked to provide an owl for a “Bye Bye Hooters” - celebration. This special young lady is having a mastectomy. Through God , her family and church family she is choosing to embrace her diagnosis and be thankful for life.
Although we were grateful for this opportunity to serve her and her guest, I think we walked away with something more to be thankful for .

Busy weekend for TTFC for sure. So thankful for the BCS community! This evening we were able to witness a rising star! She celebrated releasing her first album and we were so thrilled to surprise and support Haley Brumbaugh!

What an honor it was to cater for ATM McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship. On the menu was heavy appetizers including, Pear Hor Dourves, Capresé salad bites, Honey Sriracha Bacon Roses, Honey Glazed Meat Balls and Spinach Artichoke Bites.
