These are the wedding design investments I stand behind—and the ones I’m always encouraging my brides to make.

The right details can completely transform a space. The details that matter most aren’t always the flashiest ones—they’re the choices that shape how the entire celebration feels. A beautiful chair changes the look of every photograph, while the right linen creates the foundation for the table. Thoughtful paper details, layered textures, fresh florals, and candlelight make the room feel considered, warm, and completely yours.

These details deserve a place in the budget from the beginning.

And my strongest opinion? Check the real-flame policy BEFORE you book the venue. I cannot tell my brides this enough. Real candlelight makes a room feel more expensive, intimate, and elegant—and the candles themselves often cost less than battery-operated ones.

You don’t need to upgrade everything. You need a clear vision and investments that actually deliver.
