For the past year, we've been roasting our own coffee and what a journey it's been.

Our current roast features beautiful beans from Costa Rica with tasting notes of strawberry and raspberry candy. A vibrant, sweet cup that we're incredibly proud to share.

Looking back at our very first roast a year ago, it's amazing to see how much we've learned and grown. Every batch has taught us something new, and every cup has helped shape the coffee we serve today.

Most importantly, we want to say thank you. Whether you've stopped by for a drink, shared our posts, or supported our small business over the past two years, you've made this journey possible. Your encouragement has allowed us to keep learning, experimenting, and pursuing our passion for great coffee.

A few weeks ago, we had the honor of serving the incredible teachers and staff at Garden Park Elementary 💛

Behind every classroom is a teacher pouring their energy, patience, creativity, and heart into shaping the next generation. From early mornings to late afternoons, they show up every single day ready to inspire, encourage, and care for their students — and we loved being able to give back, even in a small way, with coffee and a moment to recharge.

Thank you, Garden Park Elementary, for welcoming onto your beautiful campus and for all the work your educators do for the community. Teacher appreciation shouldn’t just happen once a year. Great teachers deserve to be celebrated every day.
