Superhero DIY A combo of a love for superhero stuff and finding a DIY solution to everything we can! Hi! But once I got my first 3D-printer it just took off!

I've been into superhero costumes, props and cosplay since I was a kid. Well, if you can call putting on shiny gloves and sunglasses and calling me 'MJ' cosplay, then yes I was into it. I put together my first real costume in 2006, my Superman Returns costume. I started printing enhancements for costumes, then helmets, then printing full armored costumes and parts! Shortly thereafter, I also found

that 3D-printing can help solve problems (like a broken knob for my car) and bring my crazy ideas to life (like coffee pod holders)! And now, our family has turned SuperheroDIY into a combination of a) my love for superhero stuff and b)finding a DIY solution to everything we can. We're always finding a need for the perfect fix for this or that, whether it's around the house or a new idea from our customers and friends! The solutions for collectibles, home, tools, toys, gadgets, gifts, and other great items you'll find here are all 3D-printed right here in Broomfield, Colorado. Here’s how to remove and move your Bitty Pop displays! These can go anywhere and are easy to put back up with command strips, so they’ll evolve with the rest of your collection!!

Make sure to twist and then pull down and you’ll always come away with a nice clean wall.

After being annoyed with my kids controller being right where I want to sit, I made an underdesk mount that goes right on our end table for his PS5 controller 🎮

The first one I made was kind of a more hanging version, but he didn’t like it because he couldn’t keep the controller plugged in while on it 😅 So I made a different one that holds it by the joysticks that you can keep it plugged in on, and stays right under the table! My design uses a couple command strips to keep it in place so that it doesn’t slide around, but you don’t have to screw into your table or desk to use it! I definitely wasn’t about to screw something into an end table, you know? 😂

Here’s what it looks like when my wife is packing up a dozens of orders every day! Like this one that is going out tomorrow morning!

Whether it’s something to help organize and display your action figure collection or your showcasing your military service, we’re gonna package it up nice to make sure it gets to you safely!

Plus, we’re gonna use the super cool tape machine – there’s nothing cooler.

Do you think just because I was in the Army I stopped listening to *NSYNC?

Don’t kid yourself. There’s no freaking way I would ever stop listening to *NSYNC they’re so damn good. And Justin‘s hair was so cool, in fact, it may have had an impact on some of us. Well, that is, of course, before I had to shave it all off.

Saturday is usually my day of rest since we don’t ship orders on Sunday. But yesterday I printed so so much and now all of the printed stuff that is almost ready to ship out is all on my workbench!

that’s because when a piece is finished printing, I bring it over to the workbench for post processing. Sometimes I have supports to remove or little things to clean up here and there, but also I grew things together into an order bin since people rarely order just one thing.

Sometimes I’m actually able to get this workbench cleared off, but definitely not today! Not that I’m I am complaining, I always feel better when there’s lots of orders!

Does the size of your Jump Wings really matter?

Probably. That’s why people order the big ones! Or yeah I guess if you’re secure enough you can get the small one, and it helps if you have a combat jump award to tack on there too!
