Weather Update! 😔

Due to the weather report of the below freezing temps and requirements for our food truck Holy Cow Burgers and More will not be open tomorrow ar Blue Ribbon Nursery.

But…Saddle Up Mobile Bar WILL BE OPEN at
7am - 1 pm for you to grab a good warm drink on this chilly day ❤️

We're so bummed and we're excited to have both trailers set up for you in Broadway but…big things are happening so stay tuned in Broadway 😉

Our phrase of was 2025 was “Don’t Be Afraid!!” We took chances without knowing what was ahead and trusted in The Lord for the plans he had for us!

Our goal was to lift up our local communities so we focused on using beef, produce and coffee beans from other local businesses. We opened a coffee trailer not knowing anything about it, but knew we wanted to make our own syrups and created monthly specialty drinks, raising money for important cause along the way. Then opening another food truck, making new food dishes allowed us to provide free meals for others. Our joy comes from the ability to serve others and spread joy. Like we said before, thank you to every single one of you all who supported us! We are so blessed and can’t wait for what 2026 has in store!

Good Morning and Happy New Year!!! What a great and busy 2025 we have had! We took sometime off after the holidays to spend with our family and getting ready for 2026 upcoming events! December was a fully booked month with corporate and private events. Without the Lord, none of this would be possible, He continues to open doors for our little food truck to serve others and we are so grateful and so blessed🙏

Holy Cow Burgers and More!!! And we took our first horse trailer we started out in and converted into a mobile bar, Saddle Up!! We have continued customer support and new business opportunities that The Lord has opened up for us🙏

We are so excited to see what The Lord has in store for us. So stay tuned good things are happening!
