"I recently photographed a wedding that Emily's catered and it was a great experience! The staff were attentive and clear, and the food was delicious. As a wedding photographer I experience tons of different types of catering, and one of the biggest things I notice is that cocktail hour always runs empty quickly or there seems to not be enough food. The tasting was wonderful and they were very collaborative, they adjusted their typical summer menu to include short rib at our request. Additionally they were courteous to our large number of sober guests and served sparkling cider for the toast, they thoughtfully left us a bottle to take home with our cake!
