Well the only rain in Colombia was tacos because we made a bunch. Thank to everyone involved from my family to everyone in between.

I just hope the food truck can handle another chain on the side of it!

After a long month of working on a cooler and 2hr and 30min drive to Colombia the old girl made it.

Looking forward to Taco King Taco Fest in Colombia tomorrow and Sunday. I think its save to say we brought the most tacos we have ever brought to an event so make sure you are hungry and come see the big orange truck for some of the best tacos at the festival.

And as Jose Sanchez would say, "Tacos, Tacos, Tacos" because its going to be raining tacos this weekend in Colombia.

Well the 1st order of Street tacos are out the window for the Jersey County Fair, IL . Thanks to Cruz ( Sarah Nichols ) for the lamb this year. Make sure to come by and try the lamb. Doesn't get more local and fresher than this. Hope to see everyone soon.
