Giving it up to this delicious platter of blueberry BBQ chicken. Although, blueberries a ways from showing up at our local farmers market, we canned up a bunch of blueberry BBQ last summer that pairs so beautifully with this Ox Hollow farm brined chicken- topped with micro canteloupe.
