NEW CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT: Hand-Stitched Rope & Twine Bowls Workshop with Cle Franklin

Ready to make something beautiful and incredibly satisfying? Join Cle Franklin of Wonderspace Workshops and learn how to hand-stitch your very own rope and colorful twine bowls and baskets!

In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll discover how to transform simple rope and waxed twine into one-of-a-kind bowls and vessels. Once you learn the techniques, you’ll be able to make pieces in all shapes and sizes — and trust us, you won’t want to stop at one! It’s creative, meditative, and totally addictive in the best way.

No experience needed — just curiosity and a sense of play.
Ages 12+ welcome.

Pottery Class 🏺
Saturday, Jan. 31 | 1:45-5:45 p.m. | $72, $65 LIBERTY-Eligible

Learn how to use a pottery wheel at Salish Sea Ceramics. We’ll cover the basics of throwing on the wheel while creating a spoon rest. The price includes transportation to and from the studio, instruction, all supplies, and your glazed and fired ceramic piece, which will be ready for pickup at a later date.

We’re excited to invite you to a FREE, hands-on event all about helping our feathered friends!

Birdhouse workshop and Story time is designed for kids ages 3–12 and their families. During the event, children will build and paint a birdhouse and enjoy a special storytime reading of A Garden to Save the Birds by Wendy McClure. Together, we’ll learn simple, kid-friendly ways to help birds thrive right in our own backyards.

This event is designed to spark creativity, encourage a love of nature, and show kids that even small actions can make a big difference.
