During an initial phone call I ask every bride and groom if there is any food item that is meaningful to them, or that they love love love. Fun birthday dinner last night with All vegetarian, all gluten-free. I’d never made GF gnocchi before and I used my go-to gnocchi recipe swapping out the regular flour for a 50/50 blend of one-to-one and Ottos Cassava flour. GF gnocchi was a nice challenge and everyone enjoyed the results.

I get bored easily and am always coming up with new and different menu items. We like to create completely unique menus for each client. BUT, in July & August I will suggest this charred corn bisque and grilled Palisade peach salad to every single client because I can’t get enough! 🍑
