Annette started Zephora Catering in 2006 at the behest of her family and friends who encouraged her to share her love for food and her culinary panache with others. Annette’s interest in food and her penchant for eclectic, fusion cuisine started at an early age as she observed her parents combine traditional Asian fare with American, Italian and French cooking. Later, inspired by the flavors of South Asia, her husband’s ancestral homeland, Annette incorporated both Indian spices and foods into her cooking repertoire. The culinary offerings at Zephora are a testament to these diverse influences. Annette believes that cooking provides an apt metaphor for living, as it must be open to diverse influences, learn from its mistakes and constantly strive for improvement. Annette’s ambition is to bring you reasonably priced food that reflects the diverse cultural landscape of America and provides you with a unique culinary experience, without sacrificing taste.
