If you liked August’s lineup at Overtime, then you are going to love September! This coming Friday, September 4, we’ve got Catty Wampus rockin’ all your favorite southern and blues rock hits, from Skynyrd and the Doors to Danzig and Puddle of Mudd, and maybe even some originals too! Then, September 11, we’ve got a stacked night of acoustic talent for you guys. Hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, Natalie Uhlenhake will be playing inside the restaurant from 6:00-8:00pm playing everything from Fleetwood Mac and Taylor Swift to Patty Loveless and Miranda Lambert. If you haven’t already, go check out all her original music on your preferred streaming platform, because she may even play some of that for you guys! Then, Danny Johnson kicks things off on the patio from 8:00-11:00, playing all your favorite classic and southern rock hits, from Skynyrd to SRV to the Stones to Weezer!
Then, September 18, Weston Robinson will be playing an acoustic set of all your favorite old school country hits from 8:00-11:00, from Merle Haggard and George Strait to Brooks & Dunn and Vince Gill! If you haven’t already, go check out his new single, “My Next Ex Wife”. That song, along with his first single, “Ain’t Gonna Hurt to Have One More” keep fhat old school 90’s country sound alive for a new generation.
Finally, on September 25, Living Room Legends kick things off from 6:00-8:00 with a set of all the 90’s and 2000’s rock you could possibly want, from Pearl Jam and Weezer to Creed and Matchbox 20. Then, Andy and The Rockers keep the party going on the patio from 8:30-11:30 playing everything from Merle Haggard and Ella Langley to the Beatles and Led Zeppelin to Michael Jackson and Bruno Mars!
There’ll be something for everybody this month, so no excuses. I want to see a PACKED restaurant on Friday nights for these musicians! Bring the kiddos, bring the grandparents, your appetite and your dancing shoes, and get ready for another incredible month of local live music!
