We are feeling inspired after listening to this podcast about community on The Atlantic. It summarizes so beautifully through data and storytelling the ethos of why we're doing what we're doing. Our vision for Oxytocin is not just a wellness space in Boulder, but to help map a whole new way of gathering for generations to come. Give it a listen!

Physical spaces can either encourage or discourage relationships. But people also have to be willing to slow down and connect.

Mochi, tea and Chi was a sweet night of movement and stillness. Both the chi practice and the tea ceremony shared the experience of flow in expansion and contraction- going out and coming back in with our breath and movements and then again with the cups. Animated life offers many reflections when we tune in and recognize patterns.
What activities and actions are you intentionally engaging in that offer the gentle flow of giving and receiving? That cultivate calm, ease, self love, love of others, joy and the sharing of sweetness??

✨ Last night at Oxytocin Boulder, we gathered for a heart-centered and grounding tea ceremony led by the incredible and his team. 🌿 & 🙏🏽

Together, we shared in the stillness, connection, and healing energy that only tea rituals can bring.

As the aromas and warmth of tea filled the room, we felt the powerful grounding of each sip, inviting us to settle into the moment and listen within to receive the wisdom of the tea. 💚

Thank you to everyone who joined us in this sacred space. May the calm and connection from last night carry with you into the days ahead. 🌌🙏
