Vendor Call – New Light Music Festival
August 29–30 | M Lazy C Ranch, Lake George, CO

We’re now booking vendors for New Light Festival 2025, a two-day celebration of music, art, and community in the heart of the Colorado mountains.

If you’re a maker, artist, vintage seller, body worker, herbalist, or creative entrepreneur—we’d love to have you join us.

Expect a beautiful mountain backdrop, an eclectic and engaged crowd, and a stacked lineup including Toy Box, Erothyme, Ooah, QUYL, and more. We’ll also have live painting, workshops, and other immersive experiences throughout the weekend.

Vendor perks include:
• 4–5 festival wristbands (based on booth size)
• Access to vendor camping
• A supportive and collaborative vending environment

Spots are limited, and we’re curating a diverse mix—so if you’re interested, apply early!

Booking vendors & DJs for Whiskey Wednesday/Vendor Night @ Revival Denver Public House for a bi-weekly series!

Vendors load in/soundcheck starts at 5PM
The event technically ends at 9PM but we can stay set-up as long as we are gone no later than midnight.

$25 vendor fee per date booked. Only 4-5 vendor spaces per date.

DJs get paid $100 by check and have a food/bar tab.

We’re excited to invite you to apply as a vendor for KINK PRIDE on Friday, June 13th, 2025 at Tracks Nightclub!

Event Details:
• Date: Friday, June 13th, 2025
• Location: Tracks Nightclub
• Doors Open: 8 PM
• Vendor Load-in: 6 PM
• Vendor Fee: $125 (Payable in two split payments of $62.50 or one full payment)
• Vendor Space: Room for one 6–8’ table

# of available vendor spaces: 8 (Strictly Enforced)

Types of vendors we’re interested in:
• KINK/Fe**sh
• LGBTQIA+ owned makers/artists
• PRIDE
• Queer-core aesthetic
