Cooked this for my client on Saturday. It looked so good I had to try it for ourselves! So this was dinner tonight! Fresh, Vibrant, and packed with flavor! Tender boneless skinless chicken thighs, silky yakisoba noodles, crunchy romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, cilantro, and Persian cucumbers finished with a peanut dressing makes for a perfect light lunch and even a satisfying dinner.

For Mother's Day, I created this Buttercream Floral Canvas for one of my clients. Thank you Courtney for sharing these precious pictures. The idea is to create a sweet mother -daughter moment where they use their pallet knife to take the frosting from the canvas and frost their cake.

But this veggie-packed basmati rice recipe he shared with me has become a weekly staple in his meal prep—and I can see why.
