As your wedding planner, we build a detailed timeline that includes all wedding weekend activities!

Here are a few things we always account for that couples may not initially think about:

• When your bridal party should arrive to the getting ready space, and when everyone should be fully dressed and ready

• Any first looks - not just with each other, but also with parents, family members, or your wedding party

• Breakfast and lunch plans to ensure everyone stays fed and hydrated throughout the day

• Sunset timing, so we can plan ahead for golden hour photos (typically 30–45 minutes before sunset)

It’s these details that help the day run smoothly and allow you to be fully present! 🤍
