We're doing a Ham today!
So with that been said, with the Holidays coming up and family gatherings. If you don't want to spend all your time in the kitchen slaving away and not spending time with family/friends.
Reach out to Hog Metal BBQ and I'll gladly do the cooking for you so you can enjoy a non hot kitchen while spending time with your loved ones!

Price may vary depending on how much notice you give me and cost of the ham or turkey.
(Turkey takes longer so that price would be more than the ham would be). Asking at least 1 week notice but more is appreciated!!

So I was going through the pictures that I got and received some from friends from this past weekend.
Needless to say I did a "Rookie Mistake" 🤦‍♂️ didn't get a picture of my Champion Turn In Box 🤦‍♂️..
Well in my defense I was more focused on the Competition and All 3 Judging Criteria -
Taste, Tenderness & Appearance
Afterwards one of the competitors & I were talking and I swear I'll never forget this lol after I told him this was my 1st BBQ Competition and he said "You're hooked now aren't you?!"
Yes, Jordan Williams of Bbq Pit Bros Yes I am!
Hopefully we keep in touch & compete again!

This past Saturday was by far more than I ever imagined! When I rolled up, started setting up & looking around. It was very intimidating seeing everyone's big smokers & trailer smokers. And here I am with Pitboss vertical pellet smoker LOL..
I've been BBQ'N backyard style for almost 20'ish years, never professionally but I soon hope to be!
I guess what I'm trying to say is it's not what size smoker, trailer or setup you got, it's about the Pitmaster and how he/she smokes!
I'm very blessed and extremely grateful for the opportunity to showcase the skills I was taught at a young age from my Dad and hours of watching BBQ Shows on TV and hours of YOUTUBE videos as well LOL.
