His deep love for the region’s culture, cuisine, and community shines through every meal. Mercer, the middle brother, grew up steeped in Lowcountry life. His background in tourism and local history gives him a knack for sharing the stories behind the seafood — from the marshes to the table. He’s passionate about connecting visitors and locals alike to the authentic flavors and traditions that make the coast so special. Vandy, the youngest, is a proud combat veteran who has always found his way back home to the Lowcountry’s slow pace and good eats. From Carolina seafood shacks to hidden barbecue joints, he’s tasted his way through the coast and brings that same adventurous spirit and appreciation for honest cooking to every boil.
