2026 has many available dates still available!
The Venue Pricing includes use of the Venue, tables (both round and rectangle table available), chairs, tablecloths, and the set up and tear down of table and chairs. The property also has available a stunning outdoor location to make outdoor weddings possible on site!!
1 Day Pricing:
Friday Noon - Midnight $2,500
Saturday 10am- Midnight $3,500
Sunday Noon- 10pm $1,500
Multi Day Extended Rental Packages:
What's included with the Extended Rental? This package includes the Venue that comfortably seat 150 guests for your event, the use of the venue the entire stay (perfect for setting up early to get things done, and taking things down slow!), the 5 bedroom Victorian Mansion during the duration of the event! Perfect for the wedding party to stay there. This package also include use of the game room, and dressing area! There is also a Honeymoon Suite for the Happy Couple!:
Friday Noon- Saturday Midnight $5,000
Friday Noon- Sunday Noon $5,500
Thursday Noon- Sunday Noon $6,000
***To secure your date/pricing, a non-refundable deposit must be placed. The non refundable deposit is $500. No date will be secured until deposit is paid. The Special Wedding Pricing is good for dates in 2026.***
