We have availability for the fall (Aug/Sept/October)/winter of 2025 AND 2026 (and Spring and Summer of 2026)!!

The Venue Pricing includes use of the Venue, tables (both round and rectangle table available), chairs, tablecloths, and the set up and tear down of table and chairs. The property also has available a stunning outdoor location to make outdoor weddings possible on site!!

1 Day Pricing:

Friday Noon - Midnight $2,500
Saturday 10am- Midnight $3,500
Sunday Noon- 10pm $1,500

Multi Day Extended Rental Packages:

(What's included with the Extended Rental? This package includes the Venue that comfortably seat 150 guests for your event, the use of the venue the entire stay (perfect for setting up early to get things done, and taking things down slow!), the 5 bedroom Victorian Mansion during the duration of the event! Perfect for the wedding party to stay there. This package also include use of the game room, and dressing area! There is also a Honeymoon Suite for the Happy Couple!):

Friday Noon- Saturday Midnight $5,000
Friday Noon- Sunday Noon $5,500
Thursday Noon- Sunday Noon $6,000

***To secure your date/pricing, a non-refundable deposit must be placed. The non refundable deposit is $500 (our current low rate for the summer!!!). No date will be secured until deposit is paid. The Special Wedding Pricing is good for dates in 2025 and 2026.***

Emerald Gardens is hosting a couple of really cool events in June! They are located at 1524 E. 900 North Rd. in Owaneco. (Call 217-825-0088 or visit their page).

The Re-Everything Rally & Butterfly Release is set for Saturday, June 14th. This event will promote reuse, reduce, recycle, rebuild, refashion, recreate and "Re-Everything".

There will be textile art, spinning, upcycling, quilting, knitting and more! In addition, there will be a fundraiser to release butterflies with kid activities including face painting & crafts.

Saturday, June 28th will be their Enchanted Emerald Gala (A masquerade ball) held at Osbern Acres (1871 E. 2850 N. Road in Blue Mound, IL.

Cost is $20 in advance for single or $30 per couple - add $5 if purchased at the door the day of the event. You can purchase tickets at www.youngdanceinc.com

All proceeds will help fund local efforts for health & wellness, food security awareness and programs to get healthy fresh produce to those in need and much more!
