What is your why?
Our "why" is deeply rooted in our faith and understanding of stewardship—an acknowledgment that our life, our time, our talents, and our resources are not truly our own but are entrusted to us by God for a greater purpose. Being a steward of God means that we see ourself as a vessel through which His love, grace, and provision flow to others. It’s not just about giving; it’s about fulfilling a divine calling to serve, uplift, and make an impact that extends beyond ourself.
We give back because we recognize that every blessing we have— knowledge, strength, resources, and opportunities—are gifts meant to be shared. We understand that true fulfillment doesn’t come from what we keep for ourself but from what we pour into others. Whether it’s our time, effort, love, or presence, we give because we know that in doing so, we are reflecting God’s heart.
We know that every encounter, every moment of service, every opportunity to help is not a coincidence but a responsibility given to us by God. We are not just living for ourself; we are living for His purpose.
As a steward of God, we understand that our role is to be a caretaker of what He has entrusted to us—whether it’s people, resources, wisdom, or even struggles that have shaped your testimony. We give because He first gave to us. We love because He first loved us. We serve because He has called us to be His hands and feet in this world. Our why is a commitment to living a life that glorifies Him, to being a vessel of His goodness, and to leaving a legacy of faith, service, and love that will extend far beyond our own life.
That is our why. And that is powerful.
