Just a few reminders to help keep us all safe during these unusual times:
#1 As the weather warms, please put coolant in your coolers unless you IMMEDIATELY retrieve your order...heat is dangerous to food.
#2 Please leave your payment at the door or in your cooler so that we can all continue to practice “social distancing”.
#3 As you have noticed, we are now using smaller black bags instead of our familiar purple bags. Normally, we would appreciate you recycling the bags with us, but under our “new” circumstances, we will not be taking back bags, but hope you will recycle them yourselves.
#4 As said last week, we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, so please be patient about delivery times.
#5 We sure do appreciate each of you and are taking EVERY precaution to ensure we do not jeopardize your health. If there is ANYTHING we can do to assist you, please do not hesitate to ask.

With all the advisories for “social distancing”, and the well-founded fear of COVID 19, Absolute Catering can be a wonderful addition to your culinary experience. We make it easy for you to eat nutritious & tasty meals without leaving the safety of your home.
We are ALWAYS attentive to health department requirements for sanitation, but we are being extra cautious now. There are only 3 of us, so temperatures are taken every morning before anyone is allowed in the kitchen, and we are all avoiding any crowds or unsafe situations. We use every precaution during food preparation and can guarantee you safe, home cooked meals delivered straight to your door.
As an added layer of protection, in order to avoid any unnecessary contact, we are electing to ring your bell and set your delivery inside your door or in an outside cooler if available (the weather is warming so, along with your payment, please leave some type of coolant in your cooler).
It appears this might be a long-term situation, so be assured we are doing everything possible to keep us all safe and healthy. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or email me at any time.

You will see we have a wide variety of frozen single-serve entrees and sides available, as well as fresh salads (green salad, chicken salad, tuna salad, pimiento cheese, cream cheese & olive, fruit cups), and desserts. Rick is a master at cornbread, and we have “old school” Pillsbury crescent rolls available, too. Tuesday-Thursday we cook fresh meals daily. They are delivered cold...ready to be heated and served. Meals come with a small piece of bread and a dessert, and are $14. If you order 3 days in a week, meals are only $12 each.
