If it looks like spring and feels like spring, it must be spring, right? 🌷🌻Well even if we’re not quite there yet, we can at least make it taste like spring! We love our roasted fennel and leek soup, garnished with roasted beet chips, fennel fronds, and pomegranate seeds. This is also 100% vegan and the perfect way to ring in spring!

Is it sacrilege to sacrifice your sausage to the flame gods all in the name of creating delicious BBQ burnt ends?
Nope.
Tack on 50lbs of pork butts on the smoker with .sunshine BBQ sauce on the side and you’re in hog heaven. Pun intended.

Wifey is with the “Cardigan”, a Vodka and Elderberry mash up with winter pear. I’m enjoying a Jekyll Habanero Diggitty Dang. So this is the finished product of the dish we made using the Cardone we found at Sprouts Farmers Market the other day! Just FYI cardone is delicious! It’s buttery but crunchy like celery. If you see it, grab it. We used it with a Gorgonzola gnocchi, cream cheese, spinach, prosciutto, water chestnuts, Zoup! Bone broth, and the secret ingredient: duck fat! Like. Share. Enjoy!
