We want to send a big THANK YOU to Cape Charles for having us during Festive Fridays 2025 ~ we had a blast dancing with old and young alike, entire families connecting, bonding, JOY-ing through music and movement. We look forward to continuing this JOY-DANCE party in 2026! Happy New Year everyone!!

We are SO excited to be a part of the final CC Festive Friday 12/19 TOMORROW!! Two channels of holiday tunes will be on tap ~ one channel of classics, another of blues-y/jazz-y/funk-y Christmas delights, and as always, a third channel all-requests! We’ll spin anything you like, so even if you’re already burned out on holiday tunes, there’s something for ya! Come out and dance, sing, JOY with your friends, family and neighbors! See you on Strawberry Street 5-8pm!! FREE!!

As one of our discos was winding down this summer, a woman came to tell us that she and her sisters, their children and their parents were all vacationing in Cape Charles together. And tragically, that only two weeks before, one of her sisters had suddenly died. She went on to share that the silent disco had been the first time she had seen her father experience joy since his daughter's passing. She said, "sometimes we don't realize the impact that seemingly small things are having on others, and I just wanted to tell you what good you're doing here." We all teared up, and felt this truth ~ the great capacity of music and dance to heal. The vibration of joy is one of the highest - if not the highest - frequencies a human being can experience.
We can't wait to be IN JOY with you this Friday. ♥️

Gearing up for the next SILENT DISCO on the CC Beach one week from today on July 31st!!! Due to the explosion of interest, we’re expanding from biweekly events to EVERY WEEK through the end of August!! We can’t wait to dance with you into the sunset!!
