FAM isn’t just about managing artists or promoting shows.

It’s about building the connective tissue between the people already creating here. My name is Mikaela, I am the founder and owner of Future Artist Management. I have a plethora of services to offer including band management and consultation, event booking and promoting, armature show photography and videography. I also own a jam and DIY pop-up space called the Outhouse, where music meets the confinement of four walls and no consequences for being loud! Monthly band jam space rentals available. My main goal in doing this is to help the Montana scene grow and connect on a level that it has never seen before. I do not discriminate on genre, but I am most fond of metal, EDM and alternative music.

Nate Long in black and white, part two.

I think this might be my favorite batch. So many special little moments of people just loving on each other!! Teaching, learning, hugging, helping, laughing, hyping each other up and just being happy to be there together..

Half the time I don’t even realize what I caught until I’m going back through my pictures later, and that’s probably my favorite part about shooting candid.

The music is why we’re all there, but all those little moments happening around it are what make nights like this so special to me. Just people showing up for each other and enjoying the same thing together. 🖤✨

The sets end and everyone goes home, but getting to freeze little pieces of what it felt like to be there is something I’ll never get tired of.

Bass Odyssey Overload dump part one.

I think my favorite part about taking pictures is catching all the little moments people don’t even realize are happening. People laughing, getting lost in the music, hugging their friends, just genuinely having a good fu***ng time.

There’s something really special about getting to capture those moments exactly how they happened and knowing somebody gets to keep that little piece of the night forever.

All candid. All black and white. Just a bunch of beautiful humans being humans.

Second year putting together the live music lineup for the Pepper Festival at Garden Ave Greenhouse!

We’ve got two full days of local music Friday and Saturday from 12–5 alongside pepper roasting and everything else happening at the festival.

Huge thank you to all of the artists who jumped on this lineup and to the Pepper Festival crew for trusting Future Artist Management with coordinating the music again this year.

I’ll be out of state this weekend, but everything is lined up and ready to go. Go show these artists some love, eat some peppers and have a good weekend at Garden Ave!

FINAL DAY OF SWARMFEST.

Today we’ve got ZUG bringing the heavy out of Billings. Ferocious, loud, riff heavy and exactly the kind of band you need on the last day of a three day festival.

We’ve also got Left With Embers, Skies Ov Decay making their debut appearance, and 1 Second To Go ending the entire weekend for us tonight at Craft Local

Raffles are getting pulled TODAY, and once everything is counted we’ll finally have our total for how much Swarmfest raised for Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter .

We’ve made it through three days of bands donating their time, businesses donating some seriously cool raffle prizes, vendors, food, community organizations and a whole lot of people showing up for the same reason.

One more day. Come hang out with the swarm and help us finish this weekend strong!

Render Me Silent is closing out Swarm Fest tonight Craft Local!

Billings metalcore/melodeath with clean vocals, screams, heavy riffs and a s**t ton of energy to close out Saturday night SwarmFest.

They’ll have merch set up too, so stop by their table, grab something and support the guys directly!

SWARM FEST DAY TWO!! Yall ready for this?

We’re back at Craft Local today with a full lineup of bands, raffles, flash tattoos, vendors, food and a lot going on throughout the day!!

All raffle winners will be drawn Sunday night, so you have all weekend to get your tickets in and you do not have to be there when we draw.

The MunchieBus and & Honeybee Lemonade food trucks will both be set up outside, so grab some food and lemonade while you’re here!!

IN THE BACK OF CRAFT:
Linda will have her handmade guitar pick jewelry set up. Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter will be there, along with the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention with resources and information.

And of course, LIVE MUSIC ALL DAY from a whole lineup of artists donating their time to make this weekend happen.

Entry is $5 OR a donation for Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter . Dog and cat food, blankets, beds, towels and other shelter supplies are all welcome.

Come for a band, come eat, grab some raffle tickets, get some flash, check out the vendors or just stop in and drop off a donation.

Swarm Fest starts TOMORROW!!

I’ll be on 105.1 The Bone with Bamskeez tomorrow morning talking all things Swarm Fest and everything we have going on this weekend.

20 bands, local artists and vendors, food, tattoos, raffles, giveaways and three full days of supporting our scene while raising money and donations for Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter.

A lot of people have put a lot into making this weekend happen and I’m so ready to see it all come together.

Swarm Fest ‘26 FLASH IS HERE!!

Gauge from Living Canvas Tattoo put together a whole stack of flash for this weekend and will be back with us for his second FAM presented event!

I seriously cannot thank the Living Canvas crew enough for how much they continue to show up for FAM and the local scene. Cooper donated an $800 tattoo certificate to the Swarm Fest raffles, Gauge added another $500 certificate, AND Gauge will be hanging out with us tattooing throughout the weekend. That’s $1,300 in tattoo certificates donated to help us raise money for Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter!!

There are going to be tons of raffles happening all weekend, and Gauge’s flash will be available to get tattooed while you’re there.

And if you want something a little more sentimental to remember the weekend by, find the little Swarm Fest wasp and officially become part of the swarm. Take a tiny piece of Swarm Fest home with you permanently!
