Life has been soooo busy behind the scenes lately. Between weddings, editing galleries, running events, keeping up with my family, and everything else life has been throwing my way, I’ve been a little quieter on here than usual.

But I’ve definitely been busy… just in a different way!

I’m so excited to share that I’ll be bringing LOTS of new newborn props into the studio! These adorable little newborn crowns are just one of my favorite new additions. 👑🥹

I’ve actually been collecting so much for the studio lately that it’s time for a full reorganization to make room for everything! I cannot wait to get it all set up and start incorporating these beautiful new props into your newborn sessions.

I have so many fun things planned, and I seriously can’t wait to show you all what’s coming! Stay tuned… this is just the beginning.

Some weddings are simply overflowing with love, and Tyanne & Jeremy’s was one of them.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the honor of capturing their beautiful wedding just outside of Missoula, Montana. It was the sweetest day, surrounded by their closest family and friends, incredible food, and some of the most breathtaking mountain views Montana has to offer.

From the heartfelt moments to the laughter shared throughout the day, it was such a joy to witness and document the beginning of this new chapter together.

Congratulations again, Mr. & Mrs.! Thank you for trusting me with such an important day. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventure together. 💍✨

Montana sure likes to keep us on our toes. ⛈️🤍

Last night’s engagement session came with a surprise thunderstorm rolling in, but we didn’t let a little weather stop us! We waited it out, embraced the adventure, and ended up with the sweetest photos right on their beautiful family property.

I absolutely love when couples choose a location that means something to them—it makes the images that much more special.

I cannot wait to capture their wedding day soon! If these engagement photos are any indication, it’s going to be such an incredible day. 💍✨

📸 Hot take…

Just because I run my photography business full-time doesn’t mean I’m “on the clock” 24/7.

Owning a business doesn’t erase the fact that I’m also a wife, a mom of four, a homemaker, a chauffeur, a meal planner, a laundry folder (or at least someone who tries to fold it 😂), a volunteer, and a human being who also needs rest.

Yes, I love what I do. More than you know.

But I also believe it’s healthy to have evenings with my family, take a day off, go to church, attend my kids’ events, enjoy a date night with my husband, or simply put my phone down for a while.

Running a business full-time doesn’t mean I owe instant replies at every hour of the day. It doesn’t mean I’m ignoring you if I don’t answer within 10 minutes or even a couple days. It simply means I’m balancing a business with a life that matters just as much.

When I’m working, I give my clients everything I’ve got. When I’m home, I want to give my family that same version of me.

So if it takes me a little while to reply, thank you for your patience. I promise I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m able.

Healthy boundaries don’t mean I care less about my clients they’re one of the reasons I’ve been able to keep doing what I love for so many years. 🤎

To the tired mom…

The one running on cold coffee, reheated leftovers, and not enough sleep.
The one wondering if she’s doing enough.
The one wiping tears, kissing scraped knees, folding endless laundry, and feeling like the little things go unnoticed.

God sees you.

Every bedtime story.
Every whispered prayer.
Every hug.
Every sacrifice.
Every moment you choose love, even when you’re exhausted.

You don’t have to be a perfect mom to be the mom your children need. They don’t need perfection—they need your love, your presence, and your faith.

So if today feels overwhelming, remember that you’re planting seeds that will last a lifetime. Keep showing up. Keep loving them. Keep pointing them to Jesus.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” Colossians 3:23

This verse has been on my heart a lot lately.

It’s been a season of long days, late nights, balancing motherhood, photography, weddings, promoting the Great American Trophy Hillclimb, and everything in between. Some days are exhausting, but I’m reminded that hard work has purpose when it’s done with the right heart.

Not for recognition.
Not for praise.
But to serve others and glorify God through the gifts He’s given us.

No matter what this week holds, I pray we all work with integrity, love deeply, and trust that God sees every effort, even the ones no one else notices.

Wishing everyone a blessed Sunday filled with rest, peace, and renewed strength for the week ahead. 🤍

There’s just something so special about a simple, heartfelt wedding day. 🤎

Today brought me to beautiful Huson, Montana for the sweetest little chapel wedding surrounded by the people who matter most. It was such a laid-back, joy-filled day, full of love, laughter, and moments that truly remind me why I love what I do.

Just a quick reminder that I’ll be out of the office today photographing a beautiful wedding in Huson, MT!

My focus today is on capturing every special moment for my couple, so I’ll have limited access to my phone and messages throughout the day.

Hillclimb Day is here! 🇺🇸🏁

Just a quick reminder that I’ll be fully unavailable today as I spend the day running the 108th Great American Trophy Hillclimb! As the promoter, my focus is on making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible for our riders, spectators, volunteers, and the future of this incredible event.

If you’ve sent me a message, please don’t worry I haven’t forgotten about you!

I’ll also be unavailable tomorrow as I’ll be photographing a beautiful wedding in Huson, MT, and Sunday will be spent traveling home and recharging after a very busy weekend.
