Wedding pricing can feel confusing at first and you’re not alone if you’ve had a little sticker shock. Most of the cost isn’t just about the wedding day itself, but the hours of preparation, communication, coordination, and problem solving that happens long before guests arrive.

Things like timeline length, logistics, vendor management, and design complexity all play a role, even when a wedding looks ‘simple’ on the surface.

And one of the biggest surprises for couples?

The way small additions, extra setup time, added vendors, last-minute changes, can quietly affect the overall investment.

I believe planning feels a whole lot better when expectations are clear from the beginning.

Honest conversations early on lead to decisions that feel intentional instead of stressful.

Today I woke up to find my alarm clock of over 3 decades had finally given up.

Maybe it was just her time. Maybe it was repeatedly being shoved on the floor by my 2 year old. I’ll never know, but I will miss her 😢
