Here he is connecting with our guests as he multitasks to offer an incredible meal for this family’s special day. What skill it takes to make someone feel seen, heard and comfortable while preparing 4-10 courses, depending on the occasion. We are thankful to have someone who has such an imaginative flavor palette and such high standards for our team. We love how hard he works for us and we appreciate his skill and tenacity.
