Cheers to the weekend and a very busy month ahead, full of weddings, corporate events, and gatherings of all kinds.

Photographed is Sara and Andrei from their wedding a few weeks back. We worked together to create a custom cocktail inspired by the bride’s vision and appreciation for Japanese culture. We incorporated fresh melon with umeboshi plum, complemented by sake and Suntory Roku Gin “Minori” blend. The drink was perfected after many hours of experimenting with different recipes, and a private tasting.

While we have an extensive list of our beloved signature drinks, we are always eager to think outside the box and try something totally different from the usual. Shoutout to Sara & Andrei for giving us this fun (and delicious) challenge!

Morgan and Andrew eloped back in March but they had a beautiful celebration this weekend with their close family and friends. It was an honor to not only have our bar there but to also be a guest to my dear friend and her husband (and enjoy some delicious drinks!!!)

I had so much fun designing their bar menu and choosing some special drink names for them: “Viva Las Vows” and the “Sedona Sunset”, a little nod to where they tied the knot and where they road-tripped to after!

Congrats Morg and Drew, and thank you for inviting us to be a part of the celebration. 🫶
