At Your Service Event Management Event Staffing & Coordiantion. Servers, Bartenders, Kitchen Assistants, Event Managers and Event Pla Captains and Event Managers starting at $50.00 per hour.

At Your Service Event Management will fill in the gaps when you want to do some of it yourself and do not involve a full service caterer. Many of our clients have food from a their favorite restaurant or local BBQ with onsite grills or roterisserie. We work with a couple of private Chefs that will create a menu to impress and we do everything else. We provide Bartenders, Servers, Kitchen Assistants starting at $30.00 per hour.

Our Story

At Your Service Event Management will fill in the gaps when you want when you want some help with your event. We provide a-la-carte Bartenders, Servers, Kitchen Assistants, Captains, Event Managers. We also provice Full Service Wedding Planning & Coordination. Many of our clients want to provide food from a their favorite restaurant , deli or local food source. Some want to prepare the meal themselves but want assistance but we work with several private Chefs too. We assist with food in what ever seems appropriate, then, provide staff for guest service and bartending. Our approach allows hosts from every budget and every style to focus on what they like and relax, knowing that have professional and gracious staff to assist with the rest. Weddings. Gatherings.
