🏆🎟️ MISSION ACCOMPLISHED IN WEST NEWTON, PA! 🎟️🏆

We made the trip to West Newton, Pennsylvania this weekend with one BIG goal in mind — Dana was on a mission to get her Rib Golden Ticket to the SCA World Championship… and SHE DID JUST THAT! 🔥🐷

Dana tied for 1st place in Ribs and, most importantly, secured her Golden Ticket and a spot at the World Championship next March! 🎟️🏆🙌

Needless to say, the rest of the categories didn’t exactly work in our favor this weekend 😂, but when you come home with a 1st Place Rib finish AND a Golden Ticket, you definitely can’t complain!

🔥 Dana’s Results:
🥒 Anything Pickle — 14th
🥩 Friday Steak — 35th
🌶️ Chili — 18th
🏆 Ribs — 1st Place TIE & GOLDEN TICKET! 🎟️

🔥 Kevin’s Results:
🥩 Friday Steak — 32nd
🥩 Saturday Steak A — 33rd
🥩 Saturday Steak B — 32nd
🥩 Jackpot Steak — 31st
🐷 Ribs — 16th

Kevin preaches ALL THE TIME about the importance of being consistent when it comes to cooking…and he sure was consistent with those steaks this weekend — just not in the direction we were looking for! 😂😂😂

But that’s competition BBQ. Some weekends everything hits, some weekends it doesn’t, and sometimes one call is all it takes to make the whole trip worth it! ❤️🔥

A HUGE shoutout to Rick and Susan Manzi for an outstanding weekend and for letting us tag along for dinner with your amazing team!

As always, we had an absolute blast spending the weekend with our SCA family. The friendships, laughs, and memories are a huge part of why we love doing this.

We had the privilege of catering the NC State Football team and their families, and what a great day it was!

It was a HOT and HUMID North Carolina day, but our team showed up, sweated it out, and got it DONE! 💪🔥 I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work. It takes a great team behind the scenes to make these events happen, and I’m thankful for ours!

Thank you, NC State Football, for trusting us to feed the Pack! We always enjoy being on campus and serving the Wolfpack family. 🐺❤️

✨ A Beautiful Rehearsal Dinner ✨

We had the pleasure of catering a beautiful rehearsal dinner at the Lewis-Atkinson House at The Cornelius Properties! 💍🥂

The evening featured ribeye steaks cooked onsite, house salad, potato casserole, and yeast rolls — followed by a cheesecake trio that was hard to resist! 🍰

Guests enjoyed plain, chocolate, and strawberry cheesecake to sweeten the celebration. ❤️

We’re honored to be part of such a special evening as two families come together to celebrate the happy couple!
