We are looking to hire a class B CDL driver who is looking to join our growing, locally owned and operated family business. You will be tasked with delivering, picking up, and swapping out dumpsters that are dispatched to you throughout the day. There is some customer interaction so a positive attitude is a must.
Work day is 7AM-when work is done, typically 5/5:30(sometimes earlier, sometimes later). Overtime after 40 hours. Most weekends off but it is possible to work a Saturday here and there if the work load doesn’t get done by end of day Friday.
Experience not necessary but preferred. $18/hour starting wage is for inexperienced drivers. Starting wage for drivers with hooklift experience will be evaluated. Clean driving record is required. Drivers license number will be provided to insurance company prior to hiring. 1-2 weeks of training for non-experienced hire.
Health and dental insurance offered with 75% paid by us after 90 days. 90-day review will result in wage increase. Yearly reviews with wage increases and anniversary bonus along with end of year bonuses with quality work. 40 hours PTO after 1 year, 80 hours after 5.
Dumpster hauling is a fast paced job with a lot of driving to and from the closest dump site. It is a great job for someone that likes to work alone and can hold themself accountable to get the job done in a quick but safe manor. If this sounds like a job for you we would love to hear from you. By
