Educational post for everyone:

Grilling is hot and fast, burgers/hot dogs done in a few minutes

BBQ is low and slow, ribs, brisket, pulled pork take hours before being finished.

So, if you are having family and friends over for a "barbecue" and your set up looks like the photo on the left? 1) you probably put raisins in your potato salad and 2) it's GRILLING

If your set up looks like the left? Low and slow, having to shred or slice the meat when finished, 1) you definitely use the correct ingredients in your potato salad, and it's a BARBECUE
