We had such a wonderful day with Poughkeepsie Farm Project at yesterday’s Summer Soirée at Scenic Hudson’s Northside Hub! 💕🌿

We were gifted the most beautiful Hudson Valley vegetables for Chef Georges’ Ratatouille — zucchini, eggplant, shish*to peppers, and tomatoes — and he wanted to let those incredible vegetables truly be the stars of the show.

To finish the dish, Chef Georges created a saffron, tarragon & thyme finishing oil that beautifully lifted and complemented the earthy flavors of the vegetables. Simple, seasonal, and completely Hudson Valley. 🌱

We also loved meeting and cooking alongside so many talented chefs from some of the Hudson Valley’s truly outstanding restaurants. What a special evening celebrating local food, community, and giving back.

A huge merci 💕 to Christopher Follari and Chris Follari for bringing everyone together and organizing such a wonderful evening!

Massive Congratulations to Aidan & Ricky on their engagement. Which happened at Oui Oui after we had closed on Monday - Swoon! Our first engagement at our location and it’s our lovely staff member !!! We’re over the moon 💕 and can’t wait for all the celebrating to come! Sending out all the love to them on their future from everyone at Oui Oui 💕

Our first weekend of dinner is under our belts! It’s been lovely to be open until 10pm, candles, roll ups and a new menu for Dinner. We’ll be working our way up to dinner everyday - also from the week of Aug 3rd we’ll be open 7 days a week! Bisous Bisous 💕 thanks to everyone for coming in to try the first plates out and to our amazing Chefs for working diligently on new menu additions and staff for great service. It takes a village of misfits 💕
