First and foremost we would love to thank our clients for trusting us with your event! After yesterday events we have now changed our policies. The full amount is due 24hrs prior to the event, this insures my staff will be paid on time. Secondly any services that have no been discussed or added to the contract but have been requested the day of the event will be charged a extra fee. For example if we discussed a buffet style dinner yet on the day of the event it was changed to seated dinner the client will charge a extra fee that will cover the salaries of calling in more waitstaff last minute and compensation to those who are working. Again we are a small family business trying to help out our clients stay budget friendly but as of recent events we have had to change our policies to ensure the safety of the staff and also the payment.
