My company is completely different from the run of the mill BBQ joints. We take a customer wishes and needs and work out a menu just unique to them. Once we are there and usually on site early to make the potatoes that morning, we will take care of one from start to finish. We provide a small something for the group that is there all day getting ready for the wedding. We have been know to do ribs

for the bride to be, hot links for the fathers and groomsmen and yep NO CHARGE. Also make sure that at the end of the night any left overs will be not only packed but put away for the bride and groom for the next day since that day sometimes is just as busy with family. So all we ask is for a cooler and we take care of the rest even put in the vehicle of their choice so they won't have to worry about the food. Some of the basic items that are on the menu are: meats, brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, chicken, turkey, baloney, hot links, prime rib, rib eye steaks. Sides: Surprise potatoes (served hot), cold potato salad, garlic cole slaw, original cole slaw, Oklahoma baked beans, regular baked beans, green bean casserole. desserts: cowboy cobbler, peanut butter pies, homemade ice cream......and just about anything else you can dream up.. we are not like the rest of the bbq joints out there we are a custom bbq. We like to meet before and plan your meal with you in order to make it a meal that will turn into a event.
