A revised version of the classic radish tea sandwich. This twist is ideal for gluten-free diets as it does not include bread. The ingredients are simple: thinly sliced radishes, softened cream cheese, and a blend of seasonings. My seasoning choice includes bagel seasoning, a pinch of celery salt, and chia seeds. Poppy seeds are also a viable option. Olives or dill can be added on top if preferred.

Made a classic tea sandwich from some fresh watercress.

Fresh cut and picked washed and stems pinched off. Sprinkle on top of white bread with crust cut off, on top of a dollop of room temperature cream cheese.
